“ASMR – Yoik”

The last few years I have been doing something I have been calling yoik-meditaion. I have a hard time describing it… But a good description could be chanting, inuitive yoiking you could say.

I did it on one song like that with the choir Artemis in november 2024. Everything we did was channeled in the moment. You can find that concert also on my youtube channel.

I am wanting to explore more of this way of yoiking and I have found that it also could be called ASMR. What do you think? What do you feel about this kind of yoiking?
